According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (37.61%), followed by Delaware County (20.85%), and Forest County (19.34%).
