According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all South Dakota counties, Oglala Lakota County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (92.44%), followed by Todd County (86.48%), and Buffalo County (78.85%).
