According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Tennessee counties, Bedford County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (0.78%), followed by Putnam County (0.72%), and Stewart County (0.65%).
