According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all US counties, Cook County, IL had the highest voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (936.91K), followed by Harris County, TX (669.37K), and Los Angeles County, CA (639.49K).
