According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Branch, MI population of 34,007 people, 88.12% of them (29,968 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 3.07% of them (1,044 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races, and 3.01% of them (1,023 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone.
