According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Cook County, MN population of 4,709 people, 85.60% of them (4,031 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 7.07% of them (333 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, and 3.72% of them (175 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races.
