According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Rhode Island voting-age population of 887,594 people, 72.38% of them (642,435 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 7.44% of them (66,012 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone, and 4.72% of them (41,924 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone.
