According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Kusilvak Census Area, AK voting-age population of 4,947 people, 93.79% of them (4,640 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, 3.15% of them (156 people) identified their race as White Alone, and 2.12% of them (105 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
