According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Skagway Municipality, AK voting-age population of 993 people, 88.02% of them (874 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.53% of them (45 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 3.02% of them (30 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
