According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Kalkaska County, MI voting-age population of 14,327 people, 93.77% of them (13,434 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.07% of them (583 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 0.85% of them (122 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
