According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Anson County, NC voting-age population of 17,845 people, 50.24% of them (8,965 people) identified their race as White Alone, 44.12% of them (7,874 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 2.51% of them (448 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
