According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Camden County, NC voting-age population of 7,887 people, 81.10% of them (6,396 people) identified their race as White Alone, 11.04% of them (871 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 5.07% of them (400 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
