According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Caswell County, NC voting-age population of 18,596 people, 62.92% of them (11,701 people) identified their race as White Alone, 30.96% of them (5,757 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.34% of them (621 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
