According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Duplin County, NC voting-age population of 37,043 people, 56.65% of them (20,986 people) identified their race as White Alone, 24.64% of them (9,129 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 12.21% of them (4,523 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
