According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Durham County, NC voting-age population of 259,565 people, 45.81% of them (118,917 people) identified their race as White Alone, 33.78% of them (87,670 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 8.03% of them (20,835 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
