According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Forsyth County, NC voting-age population of 297,388 people, 59.65% of them (177,400 people) identified their race as White Alone, 24.55% of them (73,000 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 6.73% of them (20,015 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
