According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Lenoir County, NC voting-age population of 42,923 people, 52.17% of them (22,392 people) identified their race as White Alone, 39.37% of them (16,899 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.85% of them (1,651 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
