According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Nash County, NC voting-age population of 74,574 people, 52.49% of them (39,141 people) identified their race as White Alone, 38.11% of them (28,419 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 4.06% of them (3,026 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
