According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Northampton County, NC voting-age population of 14,372 people, 54.16% of them (7,784 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, 41.96% of them (6,030 people) identified their race as White Alone, and 2.35% of them (337 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
