According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Surry County, NC voting-age population of 56,438 people, 85.48% of them (48,242 people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.40% of them (3,046 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, and 4.65% of them (2,622 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
