According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Blair County, PA voting-age population of 98,475 people, 93.64% of them (92,211 people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.98% of them (2,931 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.90% of them (1,867 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
