According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Westmoreland County, PA voting-age population of 289,614 people, 93.08% of them (269,576 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.19% of them (9,226 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 2.30% of them (6,665 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
