According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Dewey, SD voting-age population of 3,595 people, 75.52% of them (2,715 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, 20.28% of them (729 people) identified their race as White Alone, and 3.39% of them (122 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
