According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among South Dakota voting-age population of 669,255 people, 83.97% of them (561,954 people) identified their race as White Alone, 7.27% of them (48,674 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, and 3.90% of them (26,111 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
