According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Goochland County, VA voting-age population of 20,405 people, 78.77% of them (16,073 people) identified their race as White Alone, 13.84% of them (2,823 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.62% of them (739 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
