According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Hanover County, VA voting-age population of 85,823 people, 83.12% of them (71,335 people) identified their race as White Alone, 9.04% of them (7,762 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 4.31% of them (3,700 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
