According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Pittsylvania County, VA voting-age population of 48,776 people, 74.62% of them (36,396 people) identified their race as White Alone, 20.96% of them (10,222 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 2.59% of them (1,261 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
