According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Powhatan County, VA voting-age population of 23,936 people, 85.00% of them (20,346 people) identified their race as White Alone, 9.32% of them (2,231 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 4.04% of them (966 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
