According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Cabell County, WV voting-age population of 76,413 people, 88.90% of them (67,927 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.95% of them (3,782 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.76% of them (2,875 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
