According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Hampshire County, WV voting-age population of 18,579 people, 94.95% of them (17,640 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.24% of them (601 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 0.75% of them (139 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
