According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Lewis County, WV voting-age population of 13,500 people, 95.47% of them (12,889 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.31% of them (447 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 0.39% of them (53 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
