According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Pendleton County, WV voting-age population of 5,102 people, 95.53% of them (4,874 people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.53% of them (129 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.35% of them (69 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
