Massachusetts American Indian and Alaska Native Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Massachusetts voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 18,009 people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, which is 0.32% of the total voting-age population of Massachusetts.

Suffolk County had the highest number of American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population (2,992), followed by Essex County (2,917), and Middlesex County (2,771).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Nantucket County (74), Franklin County (158), and Dukes County (160).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Dukes County had the highest percentage, with 0.93% of its voting-age population identifying their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, followed by Nantucket County (0.64%), and Barnstable County (0.47%).
