New York Asian Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020
According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the New York voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 1,562,776 people who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 9.71% of the total voting-age population of New York.
Queens County had the highest number of Asian Alone voting-age population (540,920), followed by Kings County (296,850), and New York County (197,985).
On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Asian Alone voting-age population were: Hamilton County (12), Lewis County (61), and Yates County (80).
In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Queens County had the highest percentage, with 27.75% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Kings County (13.87%), and New York County (13.54%).
