Nevada Black or African American Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020
According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Nevada voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 226,025 people who identified their race as Black or African American Alone, which is 9.37% of the total voting-age population of Nevada.
Clark County had the highest number of Black or African American Alone voting-age population (211,820), followed by Washoe County (9,435), and Nye County (1,274).
On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Esmeralda County (1), Eureka County (2), and Lander County (12).
In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Clark County had the highest percentage, with 12.10% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Black or African American Alone, followed by White Pine County (5.98%), and Pershing County (5.69%).
