According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Kentucky voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 63,631 people who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 1.83% of the total voting-age population of Kentucky.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population (18,556), followed by Fayette County (10,956), and Warren County (3,269).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Ballard County (0), Owsley County (2), and Leslie County (2).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Fayette County had the highest percentage, with 4.31% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Shelby County (4.15%), and Bourbon County (3.62%).
