According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the West Virginia voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 8,907 people who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 0.62% of the total voting-age population of West Virginia.

Berkeley County had the highest number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population (1,871), followed by Jefferson County (1,169), and Monongalia County (880).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Clay County (0), Calhoun County (0), and Gilmer County (7).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Jefferson County had the highest percentage, with 2.60% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Berkeley County (2.00%), and Hardy County (1.86%).
