According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the West Virginia voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 54,172 people who identified their race as Two Or More Races, which is 3.78% of the total voting-age population of West Virginia.

Kanawha County had the highest number of Two Or More Races voting-age population (5,860), followed by Berkeley County (5,436), and Monongalia County (4,552).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Two Or More Races voting-age population were: Wirt County (113), Pendleton County (129), and Calhoun County (136).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Jefferson County had the highest percentage, with 6.20% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Berkeley County (5.82%), and Monongalia County (5.17%).
