  1. Wayne County: 17,485
  2. Oakland County: 9,797
  3. Macomb County: 7,981

On the other hand, the top 3 counties that had the lowest number of deaths were:

  1. Keweenaw County: 19
  2. Luce County: 63
  3. Ontonagon County: 80
