According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2016, the number of deaths for Nevada was 23,273. Clark County had the highest number of deaths (15,682), followed by Washoe County (3,890), and Carson City (800). On the other hand, Esmeralda County had the lowest number of deaths (8), followed by Storey County (15), and Eureka County (18).
