Marion County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (7,980), followed by Lake County (6,436), and Allen County (2,073). On the other hand, Owen County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (3), followed by Warren County (4), and Union County (6).
