Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 1,900,169 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Illinois and they represented 14.75% of the total population of Illinois in 2012. Cook County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (1,164,780), followed by Kane County (149,020), and Lake County (129,334). On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (42), followed by Scott County (48), and Stark County (59).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Kane County had the highest percentage (28.62%), followed by Cook County (22.23%), and Lake County (18.42%).
