Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, there were 433,094 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Ohio and they represented 3.68% of the total population of Ohio in 2021. Franklin County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (74,852), followed by Cuyahoga County (66,021), and Hamilton County (29,339). On the other hand, Monroe County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (65), followed by Vinton County (87), and Morgan County (92).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Sandusky County had the highest percentage (9.43%), followed by Defiance County (9.36%), and Lorain County (8.7%).
