Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 701,204 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Washington and they represented 10.07% of the total population of Washington in 2013. King County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (154,254), followed by Yakima County (104,279), and Pierce County (61,045). On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (83), followed by Wahkiakum County (127), and Ferry County (199).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Adams County had the highest percentage (54.21%), followed by Franklin County (48.2%), and Yakima County (42.32%).
