Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, there were 4,902,675 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Massachusetts and they represented 70.14% of the total population of Massachusetts in 2021. Middlesex County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (1,130,129), followed by Worcester County (642,439), and Essex County (546,529). On the other hand, Nantucket County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (10,318), followed by Dukes County (18,269), and Franklin County (63,591).
