Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 1,718,543 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Mississippi and they represented 57.48% of the total population of Mississippi in 2013. Harrison County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (128,982), followed by DeSoto County (115,702), and Rankin County (111,328). On the other hand, Issaquena County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (494), followed by Jefferson County (995), and Claiborne County (1,177).
