Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 988,871 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Georgia and they represented 9.49% of the total population of Georgia in 2017.

Gwinnett County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (192,442), followed by Cobb County (96,881), and Fulton County (74,159). On the other hand, Quitman County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (41), followed by Clay County (50), and Glascock County (54).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Whitfield County had the highest percentage (34.89%), followed by Stewart County (29.93%), and Echols County (29.06%).
