Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 88,549 people in Delaware who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 78.62% (69,616) identified their race as White, 12.14% (10,751) identified their race as Black or African American, and 3.98% (3,528) identified their race as Two Or More Races .
