Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, there were 23,838 people in West Virginia who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 85.21% (20,313) identified their race as White, 6.37% (1,519) identified their race as Black or African American, and 5.04% (1,201) identified their race as Two Or More Races .
