Race: The White Alone male population was the largest male racial group in the United States, with a population of 119,849,833 (78.81%). The Black or African American Alone male population was the second largest male racial group in the United States, with a population of 19,260,824 (12.67%). The Asian Alone male population was the third largest male racial group in the United States, with a population of 7,269,952 (4.78%).

Ethnicity: The White Alone - Non Hispanic male population was the largest male ethnic group in the United States, with a population of 97,066,864 (63.83%).
